Dancer, teacher and inspiration, Yamile runs the full range of dance and performance, happy to teach pointe shoes in the morning and freely improvise contemporary in the afternoon, before dazzling with tango come the evening. This means that in the same week you can take a pointe shoe class with her, and the go and see her dance as the Angel in ‘Otello’ at the Semperoper in Dresden. And best of all for SLOGANS, you know she will bring a poise and sense of sheer class to whatever scene she is performing in, a talent that lends a very important edge to the ‘Like a virgin’ projects.
